The iMac is a range of all-in-one Macintosh desktop computers built by Apple. It has been the primary part of Apple's consumer desktop offerings since its introduction in 1998, and has evolved through five distinct forms. The computer comes with a 7inch LED backlight glossy widescreen TFT display with millions of colour and a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels. Which fives the viewing experience quality and different to the normal 'Dell' computers we use on a day to day basis. Using this quality product will enhance the work we produce and also allow us to work harder for a top quality work.
Final Cut Pro
Final Cut Pro is a non-linear video editing software developed by Macromedia Inc. and then Apple Inc. This software will be used for editing videos we have recorded and is an easier access to develop our ideas from the camera unto the software. We can create stories with a few clicks and a 100% concentrationa and determination. This software already comes with the i Mac, and it encourages us to see editing in a more exiting and dynamic way, with this software we will be using it to Edit our teaser trailer and ensure that it is a smooth outcome.
Blogger
Blogger is a blog-publishing service that allows private or multi-user blogs with time-stamped entries. Our group will be using Blogger to show updates on what we have researched into, things we have done towards the making of our teaser trailer. Pictures, Sounds and Videos are also uploaded to give our blog a more exciting experience for people to visit and web through.
EOS Canon 550D
We will be using E0S Cannon 550D to capture our story in stunning detail with the whilst havign the freedom to capture any decisive shot. This will be the main equipment that we will use to pull all our ideas together in one piece in moving pictures. The EOS 550D combines exceptional still shooting with the ability to shoot Full HD (1080p) video. To satisfy our creativity the EOS 550D features full manual control and selectable frame rates. You can also shoot high speed 50/60fps movies at 720P for when the action is really fast. 7.7cm (3.0”) 3:2 Clear View LCD Detailed checks on images and video are possible with a 7.7cm (3.0”) 3:2 Clear View LCD screen, which features an ultra-high 1,040,000 dots for increased clarity. Switch to Live View mode and use the real-time visual feed to shoot from awkward angles.
Cannon 7D
The Canon EOS 7D is an 18.0 effective megapixel APS-C crop CMOS digital single-lens reflex camera made by Canon. This camera will be used to take still images of waht weve been up to in the group, with the clear quality of the camera it allows the production team to come across proffessional and well organised.
Diva Lite 400 + Diva-Lite 400 series is especially designed for digital video capture. Lighting being an important factor for our teaser trailer, using this equipment provides us with a great chance to shoot an appealing teaser trailer reason being is; it is portable and able to light up small cramped places, which is where our group will be looking to film.
Tracking Dolly
The dolly has two sets of locating holes for the tripod legs, which means the tripod can be used in both high and low positions. It has eight radial ball bearing wheels which set the track width to the correct positions as the dolly moves down the track. The Tracking Dolly is ideal for use on location or in the studio, all you need is a reasonably flat surface. This equipement will be used in few of our shots to ensure that the camera shots are efficient and smooth.
