Test Trailer : Isolated .1.
Having had some experience in filming from AS our group decided to dedicate a lesson in filming our shots we had written out in our shot list and see how easy it will be to capture the shots and practice for the real filming. It was solely based on how to capture angles in akward positions and maintain focus through each shot. You may come across shots which are out of focus. Hence this video being a practice test trailer.
Lighting Practice
In this video includes 2 long shots of our group trying to figure out the best light for the shot, it was quite difficult because there were soo many lights to use but we didnt know how to position it correctly to compliment the shot. The videos are all practice, however when practicing we learnt how to create different effects with the lighting and how holding it at different and angles effects the overall effect of the video. Although we made some mistakes in this video, we are able to learn from them and make sure we don't make the same mistakes for our final video.
Test camera shots
This video below is our test camera shot video, were we practice a range of shots that may be used in our teaser trailer. We made sure that we covered every angle, shot and movement that we were physically able to perform with a camera. It is important that we practice as many camera techniques possible, so that when the time comes to the actual filming of our production we are not faced with any problems when it comes to camera shots and movements.
